    Mike, aka Gormy, knows the challenges of obesity and food addiction having reached a peak weight of 540 pounds for many years of his life after many trips on a never ending diet rollercoaster. He knows that the key to ending that ride was a combination of focused mindset work and harnessing the power of nutrition. From his peak of 540 pounds, to Now living a healthy active life over 250lbs lighter, Mike wants to use his experience and knowledge to help you achieve all of your goals!

    Owner of Keto Road LLC and certified FNTP specializing in the metabolic health, women’s hormones and ketogenic diets. Overcoming an 8 year battle with bulimia and body image issues, he knows the struggles of finding true health and food freedom. He has used the keto diet to not only develop a healthy body but a healthy mind and overcome eating disorders and body dysmorphia. He devotes his life and experience to helping you change yours!
