COTTAGE CHEESE RANCH

Cottage cheese is not a trend that we should let fade away! My spin on the cottage cheese ranch recipe is tangy and delicious, and less than half the calories of a classic ranch. The key, as it is in most cottage cheese recipes, is blending it well.

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup Cottage Cheese

  • 2 Tbsp Avocado Oil Mayo

  • 1 Tbsp Pepperoncini Brine

  • 1 tsp Pork King Good Ranch

  • Pinch of black & red pepper

Recipe Steps:

  1. Add all ingredients to your blender and blend until smooth. You can also use an immersion blender.

  2. If you want it less dip-like and more like a dressing, add more brine or vinegar.
