Unstoppable Action is a program designed to bring you comprehensive support as you achieve your weight loss goals by helping you build a sustainable mindful lifestyle that will make them possible. If you are tired of riding the weight loss and gain rollercoaster I am ready to help you find your individual path forward with a focus on proper nutrition, habit replacement and development, intentional physical activity and more. Customized nutrition program based on your personal needs with education to support its implementation
Specific long term and short term goal planning with clearly defined assessment procedures
Habit focused action planning built from your goals
Daily contact to build accountability and consistency

ACCOUNTABILITY & HABIT DEVELOPMENT

BASIC KETOGENIC NUTRITION
This program will cut through all of the “noise” and provide clear direction for you to achieve goals using a ketogenic way of eating. This program is for you if you are looking to dial in a low carb lifestyle based around your specific nutritional needs. Packages begin at $200 / 30 days.

DRIVE TO THRIVE GROUP COACHING
This program is for you if you are looking to build accountability and get focused on taking action around your health.
Work with Coach Mike in an intimate group setting to help you see real progress. It is not a limited time course but an ongoing program to allow work on both short term and long term goals.
This program includes:
Basic nutrition plan I will teach you to update & sustain!
Introductory questionnaire to identify goals and challenges that need action
Monthly 30 min call with Mike to set up goals and action plan, assess progress, and discuss challenges.
Private Facebook group for direct access to Mike, weekly group check in’s, challenges and topical discussion threads.
Weekly 30 min Group Zoom call featuring topics focused on accountability, habit development and weight loss with coaching Q&A
