I believe that in all areas of our life it is mindset that matters the most if we want to accomplish any goal, be it weight loss, fitness, or personal success. I want to offer coaching that supports the challenges of developing a focused mindfulness that will drive progress towards your personal goals. This program does not include a structured ketogenic diet and does not require you be following keto! It is for individuals who need help with:

  1. Crafting short term and long term goals

  2. Setting priorities in line with their personal goals

  3. Building habits that support their lifestyle goals

  4. Working on specific personal challenges influenced by mindset


With this program you get

  1. Personalized questionnaire to help identify goals and priorities.

  2. Initial phone consult to help design your program based on your needs

  3. Four additional weekly half hour calls to dive into your progress and assess challenges

  4. Weekly intentions and objectives developed around your goals and needs

  5. Private Slack channel for daily communication
