
This One Is All About The Meats!
We have reached the last stop on our journey through the many different “vehicles” in the Low Carb Diet fleet, the Carnivore Diet! Let’s dive right into it and after the graphic we will talk about some things to consider around its application.

The Carnivore Diet is perhaps the strictest of all Low Carb Diet approaches. It is a true elimination diet which can be challenging for some when used as more than a short term protocol. It is important to approach it with your purpose in mind and a full understanding of its use. If you are a fan of all meats and find the prospect of making your choices easier, it can be helpful. If a perceived lack of variety impacts your ability to manage and sustain a plan, it might not be the right choice for you. It can be important on a Carnivore Diet to eat a variety of proteins, including organ meats, to ensure you are getting many nutrients your body needs. We hope in our exploration today that we have made it clear that the use of this diet should not be based solely on a whim or in the hopes of more rapid weight loss.
