COACH JON’S CARNIVORE BREAD

About 6 or 7 years ago, Coach Jon was making carnivore bread before anyone else out there was sharing the recipe! Here’s his OG recipe that packs a nutrient dense punch and is perfect for use in grilled and toasted applications, and even can be used to make a mean keto friendly holiday stuffing!

Ingredients:

  • 1lb ground pork

  • 5oz pork rind crumbs (buy em as crumbs or make your own!)

  • 8 large eggs

  • 2 tsp garlic powder

  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

  • (If pork rind crumbs are salt free, include ½ tsp of salt)


Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 375F.

  2. Separate the eggs and beat the whites alone until stiff peaks form. Set aside.

  3. Combine egg yolks and seasoning with the ground pork. Mix thoroughly.

  4. Add ⅓ of egg whites to the meat mixture and blend well.

  5. Gently fold remaining whites into the meat mixture.

  6. Fold in pork rind crumbs until fully incorporated.

  7. Place in a prepared loaf pan (grease pan or line with parchment) and bake in the pre-heated oven for 50-60 mins until browned on top.

  8. Cool and slice into 16 thin slices.
