KETO CHRISTMAS GUIDE 2023

Christmas is coming up fast so we wanted to share some of the things we have on our holiday gift list! Our suggestions here focus primarily on keto friendly food items, supplements and gifts that will enhance their culinary experience. Full disclosure, products with codes or discounts are companies that we work with and wholeheartedly recommend as we use them ourselves!

We have broken our suggestions into three categories. These could be items you grab for the keto person in your life or ideas for you to put on your own list!

Stocking Stuffers - Easy Small Gifts

These are great gift ideas if you’re literally stuffing a stocking or you need to find a smaller gift. Stocking stuffers tend to traditionally be heavy on the sugar side, so we have some ideas of similar but keto friendly gifts.

  • KetoChow Mixes - These are a great way to get some variety into a keto diet and you can get individual packets of all of their flavors, including their holiday Peppermint, with 10% off by clicking here.

  • KetoBricks - Well formulated 1,000 calorie meal replacements that will fit into any stocking! Definitely check out the Bell’s Brownie Batter if you want to make some Christmas “candies” in silicon molds. Click here to check them out!

  • Redmond Real Salt & Relyte - A wide variety of salts, seasoning blends, and electrolytes that are all sugar free and sourced in the USA, Redmond’s site has something for everyone! Click here and use code GORMY to save 15% off your entire order.

  • Tillamook Zero Sugar Meat Treats - Tillamook has a completely zero sugar line of meat sticks, jerky and more. Click here to find them online, or check your local grocery store!

  • SweetLeaf Stevia Drops - SweetLeaf has a wide variety of stevia based flavor drops that are great in hot and cold coffee. With their drops and your favorite cream/creamer a keto pepper mint mocha is possible! You can find them easily on Amazon or click here to shop their site!

  • Small Kitchen Tools - This one is a catch all but probably the easiest to shop for offline! Things like small spatulas, whisks, measuring cups and spoons are great stocking ideas for someone doing keto because they are most likely cooking a lot!

Keto On A Budget - Under $50

Here’s our ideas for useful keto friendly gifts that would fit under any tree and fit a tight budget!

  • Easy Keto Restaurant Gift Cards - What we mean here is restaurants that are well known for making keto ordering easy! This includes Chipotle, In n Out, Texas Roadhouse, Outback Steakhouse, Blaze Pizza, IHOP and of course Starbucks!

  • Keto Books - We’re talking about more than just cookbooks here! We can all learn and grow on our journeys and there are some great resources for learning more about keto. We recommend Judy Cho’s Carnivore Cure, Robert Sike’s Ketogenic Bodybuilding, Phinney and Volek’s The Art and Science of Low Carbohydrate Performance,  Jacob Wilson and Ryan Lowery’s The Ketogenic Bible, and KetoConnect’s Keto Made Easy.

  • Keto Krate Subscription - Okay this one is a recurring charge so maybe in the end it is more than $50 but it’s a great value! Keto Krate is a monthly box of keto friendly snacks and treats with an eye on ingredients and macros. Check out their latest deal here!

  • Carnivore Snax - Let’s be honest, keto sweets aren’t for everyone so finding snacks or meal supplements that are in the carnivore camp can be awesome! Carnivore Snax are dried meat chips that bring back crunch into your keto life with minimal ingredients. Check them out here!

  • Oxo Good Grips Mandoline Slicer - This one is bigger than a stocking but an affordable and incredibly useful kitchen tool any keto cook can use! Click here to check it out.

  • Waffle Iron(s) - Chaffles will never go out of style and having a reliable waffle iron makes whipping them up easy! You can get a very budget friendly Dash mini or a great full sized maker like this Cuisinart Classic.

Big Ticket Items - $50 and Up and Up Even More!

Looking to spend a bit more and still find the right gift for the keto lover in your life? Here’s our thoughts!

  • Meater Thermometers - If they’re cooking a lot of meat they need a good thermometer and you can’t beat Meater’s line. They connect to your phone and provide pinpoint accuracy which is especially needed when cooking large roasts or smoking meats. Save 10% by clicking here now!

  • Ninja Creami - If you haven’t been online the past year you may have missed the Ninja Cream exploding in the keto community. You can turn keto friendly high protein and high fat sugar free shakes into delicious ice cream. They are hard to find for sure but you can check them out here!

  • Meat Gift Certificates - Whether it is a one time gift certificate to somewhere like Certified Piedmontese or Pederson’s Farms, or a subscription to somewhere like Butcher Box, meat is always a keto friendly and most welcome gift!
